July 15 2025 Sorry it took me so long to write this review. I never write reviews. Me and my husband were on a trip to Ireland and he surprised me with a trip to London on our anniversary to see Phantom of the Opera in London, which I had always wanted to see. When I was getting ready for the evening I got a hair brush stuck in my hair. So I called the front desk and she came up right away. It became a difficult challenge for her so she called who I believe was the head of housekeeping for assistance. Unfortunately I lost their names that I had written down, during our travels. These women were so exceptionally caring and helpful during my hair crisis as I thought I was going to have to cut the brush out of my hair. They were able to get the brush out with minimal damage and helped me to style my hair. There efforts turned a nightmare scenario into a fantastic evening at the show and a wonderful anniversary celebration. The front desk lady that helped me with my hair was so thoughtful that she had a hot oil treatment for my hair ready when I returned that evening. Thank you to these exceptionally compassionate and thoughtful women for making my stay so very special
