Do not stay here as a solo female traveller. Booked through work not realising the ‘categorisation’ of rooms here. LG1 is the ONLY room on the lower ground floor between a ‘conference room’ and what appears to be a cleaning room. I felt incredibly unsafe and the one member of staff was clattering past my room cleaning the conference room which I noted had a lot of red wine stains on the floor and sofas. I couldn’t be moved to a room on an upper floor as they were full (fair enough) but I felt so unsafe I booked a different hotel within the hour.
