⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our second stay at the Ham Yard Hotel was just as exceptional as our first. From the warm welcome at reception to the outstanding service throughout our stay, every member of staff made us feel genuinely valued. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful Junior Suite, which was spacious, luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is second to none. The location is perfect, the food and drinks were excellent, with great vegan and vegetarian options, and the team even went above and beyond to help our friends when their flights were delayed. A truly beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. We can’t wait to return for our third visit. Highly recommended!
