- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform GuestReady - Top Floor West Kensington Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 251 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). A deposit may be required at the property.
