We had a very disappointing experience with this host. We booked this property almost six months in advance for our trip to London, and just recently the host cancelled our reservation without providing any explanation. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. We trusted that our booking was secure, especially after such a long time, and this cancellation showed a complete lack of reliability and consideration for guests. I would not recommend booking with this host if you are looking for a dependable place to stay.
