More like an IBIS Budget than a 4 star, totally unclear how they got this rating. The rooms are incredibly small, the bed sheet was dirty, hear the construction in the morning, room in lobby, WiFi was spotty, no hair dryer or iron, toilet didn't flush well, and the air conditioning didn't work (apparently you have to request it). There are two rooms that open to the lobby, which I guess is convenient for asking questions for all the issues. No official luggage storage. Location is great.
