I stayed at this hotel for almost two months,(25.May-25.July)and it truly felt like a home away from home. Every member of the staff treated me like family, always making me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Mohammed from the breakfast team. He has an incredible ability to remember each guest’s preferences and needs, and he greets everyone with genuine warmth and kindness every single day. His professionalism and dedication made every morning a pleasure. I truly believe he deserves to be in an important leadership position at this hotel because he represents the very best of its hospitality. When I return to London, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable.
