While my family and I were sitting on the table to have lunch , very large pieces of glass fell from above and narrowly missed us. It was a very frightening experience. My son, who has special needs, is still scared by what happened, and my one-year-old daughter was also extremely frightened. What made the situation even more concerning was that I could see more large pieces of glass hanging loose above us, which appeared at risk of falling. I reported the incident, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. We stayed during very hot weather, and my daughter was unwell. I requested a fan and was told one would be provided, but it never arrived.
