- The property operates a self-check-in system, and the units are self-serviced and self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 14:00. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system. If you do not receive this information, please contact the property immediately.
- Please note that the building does not have air-conditioning, but central heating and separate fans are provided.
- Identification Passport or ID may be requested of guests by the property for local bookings. Driver’s license not accepted.
- Concept serviced apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed, but the property will try its best to do so wherever possible. The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds, cots, or twin beds.
- Please note that weekly service cleans are carried out for stays of 8 days or more. Cleaning will not be performed if the guest is in the room. Guests need to vacate the room whilst the room is being serviced.
