  • For advanced purchase rate reservations, a payment link will be sent by the hotel team directly within 72 hours of making your booking. The booking is subject to cancellation if the payment is not received.

  • The Duke’s bar is open Monday to Saturday from 15:00- 22:00 with last orders at 22:15. The cognac garden is run as part of the Dukes bar after 19:30 Please note, for DUKES Bar we have a walk-in policy for all guests and during peak periods there may be a waiting period. The dress code for DUKES Bar is smart casual. Sportswear, shorts and t-shirts are not permitted with the exception of short-sleeved collared shirts (polo shirts).
  • When booking 5 rooms or more are cased as a group booking, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The hotel reserves the right to decline reservations which are not in line with this policy.
  • All baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability in the applicable room types.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. We have been looking forward to visiting the Duke's London Martini Bar 4 quite some time and given its legendary reputation so our expectations were definitely High going in and I'm happy to say they were ultimately met. From the moment we arrived the service stood out as exceptional. The staff were attentive polished and made us feel welcome despite the fact that we had to wait an hour for a table. Well they mention that reservations aren't taken it was a bit confusing to notice some tables were marked as reserved. Still once we were seated The experience quickly made up for the wait. Of course the star of the show was the martini. Ours were absolutely delicious, perfectly crafted and worth every bit of the anticipation. We did ask for them to be shaken which seemed to catch the staff slightly off guard but they were gracious and accommodating making sure our request was honored without issue. Overall it was a memorable experience despite the initial weight and slight reservation confusion. The quality of the drinks and the level of service made it worthwhile. We're glad we were able to check this iconic spot off our list of things to do in London.
