We booked our stay 3 months in advance and were told a week before our arrival that the units had been sold and our reservation was canceled. We reached out for clarification and were told our reservation was still good. A day before our arrival, we were emailed again to be told that our reservation was canceled, forcing us to scramble last minute to find accommodations elsewhere. Oddly, we spoke with security a few nights before this debacle, as we were in the city and staying elsewhere and happened to be walking past that area, and he confirmed the units were still in use and being rented. All in all a very frustrating and confusing situation. Avoid.

- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 'Edyn ltd' Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
- Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport.
- Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. Smoking Charge - £240 Lost Access Card Charge - Free Hardkey replacement - £50
- This is a meet and greet property; in order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform COVE of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having a lengthy wait to gain access.
