We have been at Como Metropolitan London for four days so far and it is absolutely fantastic. First off, the staff has been as kind, courteous and helpful as any hotel I've experienced throughout the world. We have had a few requests due to our unique travel schedule and Marco and the concierge team could not be more accommodating. The rooms are great and there are little touches throughout that shows the effort in making guests welcome. I would highly recommend, we will stay here every trip to London!
