Just stayed at this fabulous hotel for the second time with my sister and we had the very best time. The staff are all so friendly, big shout out to Mandy who was just wonderful, so kind and helpful. Alicia on reception was still there ( I do hope I have spelt your name correctly) and was just as we remembered, very friendly and super effecient. The lady who first booked us in was very polite, very friendly and thoughtful. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything we needed, the hotel is ideally placed for a visit to Kew Gardens and is a really lovely place to stay. The bar staff were excellent, and the locals who drink there were so helpful and friendly too, it all helped yo make the stay perfect. everything was spot on. We will be back!
