The location is good, close to public transportation and safe. But the staff is generally rude and unwilling to help with basic stuff, except for one guy who was very nice and kind, but I don't remember his name now. We booked a room for three people. When we got in, there were only 2 towels, and when we asked for one more, the lady at the reception gave us an attitude. The staff is rude and unprofessional
