This a hotel that caters to their scalability at the expense of your experience. Want a glass for water? Enjoy the walk back down to the bar in the middle of the night to get a simple glass of water. Want a reasonably cool room? Tough luck - A/C and ventilation doesn't work. Want hot water? Why bother when cold showers will counter balance the lack of A/C and you'll save the hotel on their water bill. Need to iron your shirt? Enjoy the queue to iron since the hotel could only afford 5 ironing stations for the entire hotel. If Ebenezer Scrooge ran a hotel, it would be the Citzen M. This is a two star hotel with 4-star prices.
