Despite feeling quite anxious before arriving because of some of the negative reviews, my experience was completely different. The staff were friendly, kind, and always happy to help. The room was exactly what I needed—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my trip. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and many of London’s attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, well-located place to stay.
