Rooms are tiny, and sometimes you have to share a bathroom with someone else. However, the hotel is directly across the street from St Pancras and is easily accessible to everything. Great, friendly, and helpful staff will do their best to accommodate you. However, this is a spare-of-the-moment type of place, so unless you're spending a night or two pleaded reconsider.

- The card holder must be present at check-in (except for company payments, which must be arranged in advance).
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize payment cards before arrival.
- Late check-in (after midnight) is only possible if the hotel is informed in advance. Otherwise, the reservation could be canceled.
- Breakfast is no longer being provided as of 1st July 2021.
- The hotel will charge for 3 nights if a booking is made for New Year's Evening (December 31st).
