Absolutely awful 'hotel' and customer service. My daughter booked to stay here 3 weeks ago for 2 nights. Upon arrival, found dirty bedding, filthy room and mould up the walls. Went down to reception and said she was leaving and the receptionist gave her a piece of paper to say she would be refunded for the 2 nights stay. I did manage to speak to somebody once she said she had sorted it. Yet it hasn't been dealt with. Still no refund, no replies to emails and every time I call, no answer from reception. Don't book here, it's a healthy hazard and they keep your money!
