Honestly is the worst experienced we ever had. This place is not for tourist. We were the only ones. The rest of the rooms were occupied for young man and a few woman who were using some sort of substances for what they told us. We felt very unsafe there we didn’t even left the room all night to go to the bathroom because we felt unsafe. It’s basically impossible to sleep, we slept maybe for 3 hours every night. They played music all night long and moved room to room banging the doors non stop. The owner came a few times during the nights because we have to message him as we were really unwell there. We should have left the first day really but the owner ensured us that the “bad” people were leaving the next morning but every night got worse and worse. We love London but we couldn’t enjoy our holidays because we couldn’t sleep at night and it really affected our visit to the city. It’s not fair to pay almost 300€ to feel unsafe and not being able to sleep. Do not stay here it’s not safe for tourist and you won’t enjoy your holidays
