I stayed at the Carlton in July 2026. I arrived in the afternoon and it was very busy outside but nice and quiet inside the hotel. Olga at reception was very polite, kind and accommodating to me when I arrived with no plug for my iPhone( I had no charge) but Olga found a charger for me to use for the evening! Thank you so much Olga! rooms were quiet too, no disturbance from noise despite busy location. Good rooms, enough towels and soaps for shower, no shampoo but I always travel with my own. Thank you Carlton staff
