The hotel is definitely worth the price. It is not the nicest hotel and it definitely looks dated, but I knew that going into it with the price and pictures. I was not sure how the service would be given the price, but everyone who worked there was extremely kind and helpful! The hotel is near Kensington Gardens, many restaurants and two tube stations. If you are looking for a cheap, safe hotel, this is a good one to choose. The only thing that I would have liked to have known before coming is that the water in the bathroom is not safe to drink (I typically bring a filtered water bottle to use on vacations).
