During our second night at the hostel I stumbled upon a mice while getting out of the shower. My sister inform the receptionist about this and his response was "that's our gest", which tells me that they are aware of the unacceptable conditions of their building... The hygiene of the bathrooms was awful. The first nigth we brush our teeth feling sick by the moisty smell. They only have 4 lockers for a room of 6 people and one of them was used by an employeed. So only 3 lockers for 6 people. The rooms were disgusting, they never cleen the floor or bathrooms. We request a refund because after the mice (and the conditions of the place) we left the hostel. They never ansewered . This hostel should not be running. Is a danger for travelers and is a danger por public health. If you can pay please look other place.
