Bedroom Flat Colliers Wood

I am deeply concerned for my daughters and grandchildren safety .. my daughter is pregnant with 3 other little children. The lifts are always broken on a daily. My daughter fell up the stairs marking her leg and back .. if she hadn't of held onto the double buggy a baby and toddler would of been in hospital .luckily a lady found her and helped.. 1 of my grandchildren has been in hospital on a drip because of how hot the flats are ... mps and police need to be involved the people that run this building needs arresting for causing neglect... I've rang up spoke to a women receptionist she's rude they don't care .. they still haven't fixed the ac in her flat this is becoming dangerous. I'm gonna be contacting the local news papers . This company are making a killing taking money and not repairing things. People are suffering in these dangerous flats
