  • Postal address - The property address must not be used for personal mail, deliveries, or registrations before, during, or after a stay without prior written agreement.
  • Kitchen use - Kitchen use is limited to light and brief use only to ensure availability for all guests. The area must be cleaned and left tidy immediately after use, and cooking that produces strong odors or requires extended use is not permitted.
  • Key collection by third parties—Check-in must be completed in person by the registered guest staying at the property. Key collection by third parties is not permitted.
  • Washing Machine Use - Washing machine use is available by prior arrangement only and is limited to light/personal clothing items. Shoes, heavily soiled items, bedding, and bulky loads are not permitted.
  • Fees: £5 GBP per wash (excluding liquid) £7 GBP per wash (including liquid)
  • Iron, Ironing Board & Hairdryer - Use of an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer is available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
  • Arrivals after 10:00pm incur a £10 late check-in fee. Arrivals at or after 12:00am incur a £20 late check-in fee.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
