I initially requested a free cancellation because my flight was cancelled. The hotel was contacted multiple times by Booking.com on my behalf, but they refused every request. As an alternative, I then asked to simply change my reservation dates instead of cancelling. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I only wanted to keep the same number of nights on different dates due to circumstances beyond my control. Unfortunately, the hotel refused that request as well and showed no flexibility or willingness to help. This experience has been very disappointing and has left a negative impression before my stay has even begun. I understand that policies are important, but good customer service also means showing reasonable flexibility when guests face unexpected situations like a cancelled flight.

- Guests must provide a valid photo ID such as a passport, driving license or national ID card. Guests must also bring the credit card used to book. The card holder must be present upon check-in. Please note that in case of a pre-paid reservation, guests will need to show the payment card used for payment and produce photo ID upon check-in. Guests unable to provide the same payment card will be unable to check in. In regards to third party payments, you will be required to fill in a third party authorization form and provide a copy of ID and a copy of the card (both sides) being used. This form authorizes the property to charge the card provided. Please contact the property immediately after booking to obtain the card authorization form. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. The property operates a strict no-party policy.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
