- Please inform Barbican Serviced Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Apartments with balconies are subject to availability upon request.
- Please note that guests must provide a copy of their passports and of the credit card holder's passport, by email, prior to arrival. The property may also require proof of address.
- Please note that the address of each apartment may vary and will be confirmed by the property prior to arrival.
- The standard check-in time is from 15:00 until 19:00, and needs to be agreed prior to arrival. Later arrivals are possible at the following charges:
- After 19:00 GBP 30
- After 22:00 GBP 80.
- The charges apply as a member of staff must be present after hours to meet guests at the property, provide keys, and to show them around.
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
