Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a lifetime. The team was incredibly responsive, warm and genuinely went out of their way to help me. It’s rare to feel truly looked after these days — and Astoria Hotel London absolutely delivered. Will definitely keep them in mind for my next trip to London! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you!
