Could not be more disappointed with the management of this property. We booked a stay here through VRBO, and upon receipt, saw our dates were listed as June instead of July. As we are out of the country and could not call the property to correct the error, we reached out to VRBO/Expedia to contact the property management and either adjust our dates to the correct arrival or refund and rebook. After two weeks of attempts to reach the manager, there was still no reply, no resolution—just taking our money, with no courtesy or communication whatsoever. Now not only have we paid $500 for a stay we weren't even in the continent for, but we also have nowhere to stay for the actual dates we are in London. Extremely unprofessional and upsetting.
