The staff was amazing: helpful and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect and we all enjoyed the continental breakfast. Room (12) and shared bathroom were clean, but the walls and furnitures in the room are in need of a good refresh. Except that, we would definitely be back there next time we'll be in London.
