This accommodation canceled our stay on the day of arrival due to overbooking, despite us booking the apartment 9 months prior. Worst part is they didn’t tell us themselves despite us calling and messaging. We found out through a customer support agent on booking.com right before our flight took off. They didn’t fulfill the booking.com partner terms and conditions by finding or paying for an alternative. Not reliable accommodation or customer service.
