The hotel is more like a 2* hotel instead of 3*. No ambiance or facilities at all. Room was clean when we got it but hadn’t been cleaned since. Even when we put the cleaning sign on the door. No glasses for brushing teeth. We used the coffee mugs instead, but the last day they were removed from our bathroom as well as our bathroom floor towel. Only things that has been cleaned was the trashbin (once). We got new towels every day and the beds were somewhat made tidy. Seemed like no real effort was taken to deliver a nice guest experience. Plus: location is good, nearby Sainzbury’s (for breakfast) and getting drinks & snacks before 11pm, different subway stations and Westfield mall in the direct area. But hey. It was a bargain for € 129/night in London for a room with two beds and (tiny) bathroom and we were hardly ever in the room. Only used it for freshing up and sleeping for 4 nights.
