Abbey Court Hotel - Hyde Park

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After a long journey, we checked in hoping to rest, but we couldn’t stay for more than 2 hours. The room was so uncomfortable that we packed our luggage again, checked out, and had to search for another hotel the very same day. The room was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and unbelievably small. There was no air conditioning, even though the weather was very hot. The water pressure was so weak that taking a proper shower was almost impossible. To be completely honest, you would have to be an extremely untidy person to find these conditions acceptable. The level of cleanliness and comfort was far below any reasonable standard. For a hotel in the heart of one of the world’s greatest cities, I was shocked by the complete lack of basic hospitality and civilized standards. There was no attention to guest comfort, hygiene, or even the most basic necessities. The photos and online description are very misleading compared to the reality. Because of this experience, we wasted valuable time, had to repack all of our luggage, and pay extra to book another hotel at the last minute. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Save your money, save your time, and book somewhere else.
