- This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 1707 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests are required to submit valid IDs prior to arrival for identity verification purposes. The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before the check-in date. For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, the damage deposit must be paid within 30 minutes of booking. Access to the accommodation will only be granted to the main guest. For same-day reservations, the damage deposit must be paid before 4 PM UK time. Any changes to the reservations are subject to approval from the property. Failure to comply with any of the rules above will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with a cancellation fee being applied. A deposit may be required at the property.
