Great location and our apartment was nice enough .... but on the top floor up a total of 60 steps which we just about managed with our luggage ( no lift) Not everyone would have been been able to do this, and when making the booking, I didn't see anything warning about the stairs nor a way to indicate the need for a unit on a lower level. And we had an unfortunate experience with someone from the unit next to ours getting locked out apparently at 1am, which required a locksmith to come and drill through the door, waking us out of a deep slumber, and disrupting sleep for the rest of that night,. Things happen, I guess, but here was no word of apology about this from the neighbor or the management
