- When you arrive, kindly proceed to the check-in counter located on the left-hand side of the lobby entrance.
- This is the check-in counter for Platinum 2 Kuala Lumpur by LUMA.
- Security deposit for Presidential Suites KLCC Twin Towers View will be MYR 2000, other room types are RM500.
- Please note that a physical credit or debit card is required for card payment at the reception. Virtual cards are not supported.
- The swimming pool and wading pool will be closed on 28 July starting from 09:00am to 1:00pm due to scheduled maintenance works.
- Rooftop sightseeing area remains available for guests to enjoy the Kuala Lumpur skyline.
- Fire Alarm Testing on 13 August 2026 between 10am - 5pm. During this period, the fire alarm bells will sound intermittently, all lifts will automatically return to the Ground Floor once, and the building exhaust fans will be activated as part of the scheduled testing and protection system operation. No evacuation is required. Please remain calm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
