I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The front desk team on both the night and day shifts provided exceptional service. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Abdulaziz Al Nasser and Abdulaziz Al Mirza. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made my stay truly enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their excellent customer service deserves special recognition. Thank you for your warm hospitality. Staff members like them are a true asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to stay here again.
