تقييمات النزلاء

Excellent and warm service by reception and especially by عبدالمقصود in Room Service when ordering room dining. They made me feel at home, delivered exceptional cappuccino consistently, remembered me when I called in, and accommodated my dietary needs. I stayed in a suite, and my main concern is the very small closet allocated for hanging clothes, made smaller by the iron hooked onto the side. While there’s a whole empty closet without a hanging rod. Just empty space. Both situated in the tight entrance hallway, while the luggage rack is placed in the other room. Instead of having mirrors in the bedroom (vanity space) they have an artsy dark reflective wall, not useful for sitting and doing hair and makeup. The shower water pressure is low, and only the top water head works while the hand held one doesn’t. While luxurious, the functionality of the room design needs reconsideration.
