I’m really disappointed with my stay this time. I stayed at this hotel three months ago during Ramadan, and my experience was excellent. The service, food, room, and staff were all very good, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. The room was not well maintained and was not clean enough. We requested a room change, but unfortunately, the new room also had several issues. The gym was also very disappointing. The equipment and machines did not appear to be properly maintained or serviced regularly, and the air conditioning in the gym was not working properly. We complained about this several times, but unfortunately, the issue resolved after several complains. This made using the gym very uncomfortable. The food quality has also noticeably declined. There was very little variety, and the same food was served repeatedly. Another issue was the attitude of some of the staff during the buffet. When the buffet closing time arrived, the staff started collecting the food even while guests were still sitting at their tables and eating. The way this was handled felt quite uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Overall, I’m very disappointed because my previous experience was completely different and was actually one of the reasons I chose to stay here again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on the maintenance, cleanliness, food quality and variety, and staff service. I really hope the hotel can return to the standard I experienced during my previous visit.
