I made a reservation at your hotel on March 16 through the Wyndham application. However, when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 PM, I was informed that the hotel was under renovation and my reservation could not be honored. This was extremely frustrating, especially since the hotel appeared available on the application and my reservation was confirmed using my Wyndham Rewards points. I have never experienced such a situation before. Due to this issue, I was left stranded late at night and had to take another taxi and spend approximately two hours searching for another hotel. This caused me significant inconvenience as well as additional expenses. I kindly request that you compensate me for the damages and costs I incurred as a result of this situation. I look forward to your prompt response.
