Our stay at The Galata Hotel Istanbul - MGallery Collection exceeded all our expectations and was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Mr Ulas OMAY and Mr Murat DEMIR, who went above and beyond to ensure my family had a perfect stay. As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I truly felt valued. Ulas and Murat fully embrace the Accor ALL values and demonstrated a sincere appreciation for loyal guests. Thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable and were greatly appreciated.
