The Craton Hotel Sisli

This is probably the worse hotel ever. Rooms are so tiny, and dirty. The floor and bed were very dirty. There was sand on the floor and the bed. Services are very bad. The bed is very uncomfortable. Tgey don’t have lotion or toothpaste. And when you shower the room floods from the bathroom. Breakfast is just ok but not near good for a 5 or even a 3 star hotel. Plz do not stay here We booked our stay through linden clinic expecting a comfortable environment, but our experience at Craton Hotel has been completely unacceptable and detrimental to my son’s medical recovery. Sleep and comfort are a critical part of his medical care, but this hotel has made rest nearly impossible. Despite raising these concerns immediately upon arrival, nothing was resolved. Here are the major issues we encountered: Severe Cleanliness Issues: The room was extremely small and dirty. We found sand on both the floor and the bed upon check-in. Unusable Amenities: The refrigerator is completely broken (despite staff inspecting it twice). The closet doors and drawers are jammed and won't slide. Dangerous/Defective Room Conditions: The bathroom floods the entire room every time someone takes a shower. The air conditioning unit makes a terrifying, loud locomotive-like noise and fails to cool the room. Furthermore, the blinds have holes in them, letting in light and preventing proper sleep. Bedding & Comfort: The bed is severely worn out, extremely uncomfortable, and far below any acceptable standard. Essential supplies like lotion and toothpaste were also missing. Service & Standards: Overall service is very poor, and the breakfast is mediocre falling well short of standard hotel expectations. Given that this accommodation is severely sub-standard and impacting a medical recovery stay, I expected much better quality control
