We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns. The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!
