Spinel Hotel

A wonderful choice for your first stay in Istanbul! ❤️ Spinel Hotel was the very first hotel where my daughter and I stayed during our first trip to Istanbul in 2023, and it gave us such beautiful memories. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its fantastic location. Within just 3–4 minutes on foot, we found ourselves surrounded by some of the most iconic landmarks in the city: the breathtaking Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Sultanahmet Square. Every evening we loved walking around these beautiful streets, enjoying delicious Turkish ice cream, and admiring the magical atmosphere once the crowds had disappeared. If you leave the hotel and walk in the opposite direction, you’ll reach the waterfront, where you’ll find many lovely restaurants serving incredibly fresh seafood at very reasonable prices. We had several wonderful dinners there while watching the sea, and those evenings became some of our favorite memories from Istanbul. Although the street where the hotel is located is rather quiet and doesn’t look particularly impressive at first, don’t let that fool you. As soon as you step outside, you’re only moments away from the very heart of the city’s history and beauty. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our first visit. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. Looking back now, after staying in many different hotels, I still remember Spinel Hotel with great warmth. Its unbeatable location alone makes it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Istanbul for the first time. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the true heart of Istanbul. 🇹🇷✨
