Warning – Very disappointing experience Imagine arriving at a hotel and being forced to use dirty bedsheets and towels. The level of cleanliness was far below what we expected. The most shocking part happened during breakfast. While we were eating, a staff member approached us and asked us to leave a positive review. It made us question the authenticity of many of the hotel’s 5-star ratings. To make matters worse, when we checked out, instead of apologizing for the issues we experienced, we were told not to book this hotel again. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve had in Istanbul, and we cannot recommend this hotel.
