STAY AWAY! This is hands down" the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The location is terrible, but that's nothing compared to the hostile and aggressive attitude of the staff. They are extremely rude .and unprofessional Communication is a dead end as they only speak Turkish and refuse to help international guests. The rooms are missing the most basic amenities-not even tissues were provided! It is clear that they have zero respect for their guests. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else; this place is a disgrace to hospitality.
