Do NOT book this hotel! look elsewhere. Infested with BEDBUGS The conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The room appeared to be infested with bedbugs, and overall cleanliness was shocking. There was dust and clumps of hair throughout the room, stained sheets, and the bathroom was in a disgusting state, including visible hygiene issues that should never be tolerated. I had originally booked a week-long stay but had to leave after just 1 night (after a cosmetic surgery, in pain and weak) because it was unbearable. When I raised the issue, the hotel told me to contact the third party I booked through (Amex). After returning home, I did exactly that, only to find out the hotel is falsely claiming that I never checked out. This is completely untrue, and I even have proof of staying at another hotel during that time. On top of everything, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs.
