Mr Yakup and Mr Sedat were incredible and stopped at nothing to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Also when calling down to reception for an iron etc it arrived almost instantly. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The rooms and hotel in general were nice, clean and of high quality. However, the three person room is very tight for 3 people once the sofa bed is open. Breakfast was amazing and with an amazing view.
