WARNING: Terrible experience & aggressive staff – Avoid this hotel! I visited a family member staying here and parked my car in the hotel parking area. When staff called asking me to move it, I went down immediately to do so. Instead of standard communication, the staff started shouting at me for parking there—even though there were no clear instructions or warnings beforehand. When I explained this, the situation escalated further, and staff members became physically aggressive and initiated a physical altercation with me. This level of unprofessional, unethical, and violent behavior is completely unacceptable. I have formally reported the incident. Stay far away from this hotel if you value your safety.
