I would never stay at this hotel again. Customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. They made us feel unwelcome from the moment we raised a simple concern. The rooms were not comfortable, and issues we reported were ignored instead of being resolved. Rather than helping guests, the staff argued and blamed us for everything. A hotel should make guests feel valued and respected, but this place did the opposite. There are far better hotels in Istanbul that offer much better service and treat their guests with courtesy. I do not recommend this hotel.
