We stayed at Inera Hotel and it was worst Hotel in my life. Starting with not working WiFi. We stayed one night and I could not use WiFi in foreign country. But the main point was their communication and operational system in the Hotel. When in the evening we came back, the door of the room did not open. We were told to wait for 30 min two times! At 9 o clock we could not go to the room! And this is a FOUR star Hotel! No room. Of course they offer another room, but we had early flight next morning and we did not want that they would not open the room with our documents and suitcases, as we were continuously told to wait. Then the manager came and she couldn’t speak English, manager in four star Hotel! And I can not as well, they don’t have internet!!! Of course we did not have any compensation. And I had a small child, whom I could not place to sleep! I know those situations happens, but the way it was handled not acceptable for four star Hotel.
